Talon is a highly experienced and accomplished business intermediary and M&A advisor.

He holds the Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP) and Mergers &Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI) designations. Talon has a proven track record ofclosing mutually beneficial transactions and forging long lasting business relationships with sellers and buyers.

Talon demonstrates a high degree of focus and dedication while leading transactions on behalf of his clients. He is a very execution oriented professional that strives to meet and exceed his clients exit strategy objectives. His straightforward, consultative approach and critical thinking make Talon a valuable ally for any business owner striving to maximize their exit in a very timely manner.

Talon is responsible for facilitating, negotiating, and closing engagements, as well as the overall vision and direction of the firm.

Randy Fletcher


Randy is a highly skilled advisor and relationship builder. In addition to advising clients, he is responsible for constantly improving the firm's systems and processes to ensure maximum deal flow efficiency. Randy has over 25 years of sales and sales team management experience with Fortune 500 companies, as well as experience consulting with these companies and their clients to help increase operational efficiencies. He possesses a high level of organizational skills and the ability to connect with and build lasting client relationships. Randy aligns with the marketplace ministry mindset of the firm, as he and his wife Sandy have been involved in children and youth ministry discipleship for many years and love sharing the good news of the Gospel! Randy’s favorite bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11. He claims this scripture daily over his family, colleagues, and clients. “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper and not harm you, plans for a hope and a future.” Randy resides in Wylie, TX with his wife of over 25 years and their two beautiful daughters.

Glen Horowitz

Managing Director

Glen joined the firm after over 25 years of successfully owning businesses and working in upper level management positions. Since he has personally exited a business twice, he understands the needs of our clients. He genuinely enjoys helping our clients reach their goals and exceeding their expectations. His business background is diverse which allows him to understand many different verticals. His quick thinking and trustworthiness has helped him become a master negotiator that will allow you to maximize your exit.

Glen, along with his wife Jennifer and their two sons, enjoy spending time on their family farm where they just completed the construction of a family chapel.

Cliff Gardner

Financial Strategist

Cliff began his financial career by graduating from a top three US accounting university and passing the CPA exam during his graduation year. He went on to join a national CPA firm which commenced a rigorous 30 + year career in corporate finance. Cliff’s career progressed from entry level staff accountant to EVP and Division CFO of several Fortune 500 companies.

Cliff specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions, Turnarounds and Financial Management.

He has led an IPO and numerous transactions from both the buy and sell side. His Fortune 500 experience includes healthcare, commercial construction, manufacturing and automotive. Furthermore Cliff will perform across all sectors while taking a lead role in the health care industry given his many years of C Level experience.

Cliff is all about maximizing value and that is why he is such an outstanding fit as a financial strategist for our firm. He is at a point in life where his greatest passion is to help others. Many small and mid-sized businesses that are striving to sell or merge are very inexperienced in conducting business transactions; whereas business buyers are typically very transaction savvy. Cliff really enjoys providing Fortune 500 level financial experience to level the playing field and achieve maximum value for business sellers.

Cliff is a very strong Christian who operates an altruistic company called Praying As One. He is happily married and has a daughter that works for Google and a son that works for AppFolio.

Cliff’s biggest weakness is that if you get him started talking about baseball you might never get him focused on your transaction again.

Rob Kietzman

Managing Director

Rob has over 30 years management experience in a variety of industries with a strong focus on business strategy and optimizing company performance. This experience has served him well as he participated in transactions at Fortune 500 companies and lead numerous successful transactions for himself and his clients. Rob is known for his calm demeaner and singular focus on bringing buyers and sellers together with open and honest communications. He has also consulted business owners to improve company performance/marketability with a focus on maximizing exit valuation. Rob lives in Southlake, Texas and has been married for 28 years. Rob and his wife have four adult children.

Ernie Garza


Graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Tarleton State University in 1998. Mr. Garza has over 20 years of professional sales experience and is well known for his transparency and integrity. An excellent communicator with a proven track record of cultivating relationships with high net worth entrepreneurs and has advised, facilitated and closed high risk investments with high yield potential. Mr. Garza resides in Little Elm, TX with his wife of 19 years and is blessed with 3 children. He believes “having the right alignments with the right people is the key to success” and Proverbs 27:17 Iron sharpens iron is one of his favorite verses.

Lisa has over 25 years of experience building trusting client relationships. With her friendly, outgoing personality she possesses the uncanny ability to connect with clients and truly cares for them. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M, is a licensed realtor, and is responsible for helping ensure every client has an exceptional experience. She resides in Allen, TX with her husband Talon and their three children, Kayla, Aubree and Braden. Lisa enjoys the beach, spending time with her family and sharing God’s love.

Formerly a television actor, I now play a starring role in helping Texas business owners realize their aspirations. With over 10 years business development experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, I engage with entrepreneurs to discuss the right strategy to achieve their goals.
